Property Care Guys did Reticulation Repairs in Leda, South of Perth.
Julie found us on Google reviews and called the office requesting rReticulation maintenance and possible repair to a solenoid valve. She advised of their approximate location. Our Technician went out to discover it was one of “those jobs”.. where the solenoid valve was under the side of an established tree. Here we go again..another summer of crazy. Who would not predict a tree to grow to the valve station when it is planted centimeters from it. Of course it is always likely they did not know there was any reticulation parts when they put it in though.. but not always the case. Anyway there was plenty of tree root cutting practice in this one and even overhead branch removal to access the job. Barry then did a standard root bypass surgery, installed a new flow control valve by Rainbird and let it rest a while before testing.
No more leaks and her valve station is ready to flow for another 25 years or more!
