This week PCG completed installation of retic and roll on lawn in Morley, North of Perth

One we are glad to have looked at the job before quoting! Anyway we gave options of Buffalo and Special Lawn Mix, Zoysia and Special Lawn Mix or Wintergreen and Special Lawn Mix or Dynamic Lifter as the cheapest lawn option, along with a fully automated sprinkler system with mp-rotators at a good price. We never install cheap and nasty retic as it’s just a bad idea. Today alone we repaired seven poly pipe leaks under lawns! So we highly recommend PVC.
Anyway this job was mostly site prep and chucking stuff into the skip bin. We spent a good day removing the old “grass” which was really weed trees (lol) with a turf cutter and mattocks then removed the waste. The following day was leveling and the day after that was rolling out the chosen Wintergreen turf option. It is typical our customers choose the cheapest option* for rental properties. Anyway as usual the job turned out fantastic. Sometimes we are a bit extra proud how a job can turn out in the end! Now onto the paving… may we?
p/s *Personally I would choose Empire Zoysia Turf as it uses less water and requires less mowing saving thousands over just a few years but each to their own.
