On Friday Property Care Guys did Reticulation Maintenance in Gosnells, East of Perth
Our customers irrigation system had one half of the back yard and entire lawn not being watered, plus half the front lawn.

I (Matt) diagnosed the dinosaur controller as still working and ok. But one valve not opening for the rear lawn. I traced the wires and discovered 2 valves at the back side garden almost under an established olive tree. “Oh no.. have to cut it down!” but not yet.. as after playing with the bleed screw and coil it started working. Ok for now…
DO NOT PLANT TREES ON YOUR SOLENOID VALVES!
We replaced several cheaper gear drive sprinklers with good Hunter PGP pop-ups front and rear and also put in some new Toro sprinklers and spray heads.
She will now again have the greenest lawn in the street within a few months! 🙂
