Today the Property Care Guys did Reticulation in Carine, North of Perth
Diagnosis:
Controller button was broken needing repairs, but would be cheaper to replace the unit. Fitted a new controller.
Further Diagnosis:
No reticulation working whatsoever so we tested the controller which was fine. Then we did some wire tracing and solenoid valve locating and discovered faulty wiring half way to the valves and no power to the master valve on the other side of the driveway. To run a new wire under the driveway would be expensive so we simply opened the master manually for now and may fit a ball valve instead.
The other valves are old and there’s broken pipes so tomorrow we are continuing further works at the property.
UPDATE: Wiring fixed. Retic solenoid valve manifold repaired. Going back free of charge to test tomorrow.
