A very common issue we get all the time and are very good at – Finding and Repair of a retic station. Rarely the controller box has a faulty output and can be rectified by simply using another station but the issue is usually bigger and requires either replacement of the control unit, a solenoid valve or the solenoid itself, or a wiring issue. Sometimes it is the diaphragm which has split, full of gunk or a rusted stem found within the valve. We recommend quarterly or half-yearly maintenance to avoid urgent call outs.
