This week, Property Care Guys did Garden Maintenance in Cottesloe, West of Perth.
A strata/block of units we maintain on a regular monthly basis involving mostly hedge pruning, lawn mowing and edge trimming, blowing down paved areas. We can do carparks and commercial gardening as well. These guys only want a 6-monthly maintenance which is fine, though things get quite overgrown during this time. It works out cheaper, but looks a bit shoddy for a few months until due so we recommend once per month and even more often if you have no regular lawn mowing person. But if you want gardening once every 6 months or every 3 months, no problem!
